During Your Actual Departure Date
Arrive at Wantas RORO Langkawi Office 1 HOUR before your scheduled sailing time.
Collect your Customs Form from the office.
Drive your vehicle to the Customs checkpoint.
Authorise your signatory at the KV room in front of Customs officers. (Only applicable for Langkawi cars)
Customs officers will be present to carry out any necessary inspection on your vehicle.
You'll be directed by our land crew when it's your turn to board.

Vehicle OWNERS for DUTY FREE CARS must present at Wantas RORO Langkawi office TWO DAYS before departure date to fill up forms (Bon Am & Surat Aku Janji with
Setem Hasil).
Passengers should arrive at departure gate 1 HOUR before the scheduled sailing time.
Every vehicle should be in the holding area 1.5 HOURS before the ferry departs for customs inspection purposes.
Your personal belongings are your own responsibility. Please make sure you lock your vehicle and remove any valuables.
